Espresso not Expresso. A brewing method and not a roast type.

Step 1: Dose your coffee according to the capacity of your filter basket.

Step 2: Distribute & settle the coffee evenly in the filter basket.

Step 3: Use a vertical motion to tamp the coffee down, until it stops giving way under pressure.

Step 4: Flush water through the grouphead to prepare the group for brewing.

Step 5: Gently insert the group handle & start brewing.

Step 6: Time & weigh the brew, stopping in line with your recipe.
